4. CANCEL your reservation – if unavoidable – in time.
5. LAST MINUTE STUDIO USAGE
6. STUDIO USAGE REPORT send it right after you have finished your activity in the studio.
– Get an e-mail answer from our coordinator.
7. E-mail facts, photos, videos, links of all materials related to your supported project.
– Get a project closing e-mail from our coordinator.
