– student certificate
– proof of income or bank account
– insurence (BLUE card)
– stamp (illetékbélyeg) 1000.- HUF – buy it at a Post Office
– application form: download and fill this form  
go to the Office of Immigration and Nationality with all documents and the stamp listed above

– 60 € or 18000.- HUF cash
