GOLI DORM / 2018
GOLI DORM has four guest rooms for students and teachers of BCDA or other guests. It is operated by New Performing Arts Foundation. There are one and two-bed rooms for individual use + common facilities for common use.
FEES
One bed room: 15 € / night
One bed in a shared room: 12 € / month
Fees are paid in advance
One bed room: 150 € / month
One bed in a shared room: 120 € / month
Rental is paid as under:
When contracting:
1. first month (fee/days) +
2. next complete month +
3. one month deposit
is due.
Next payment is due before the 8th of each month. Please cancel as soon as you plan to leave but not later than one month in advance, in e-mail and get your deposit back after checking the room and other facilities with the responsible of the school.
The use of all facilities and the expenses of electricity, water, heating, are included in the monthly or daily fee. All other expenses (like reparations, food, materials, clean up, washing, towels, toilet paper, etc.) are not covered by this fee.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
Habitants are responsible for the clean and economical use and the maintanance of the space. Blankets and pillows are included in the fee.
Guests are responsible for keeping their own room clean and share this responsability equally in regards of the common facilities including corridors, inner and external stairs, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, machines, lights, etc.
Guests are responsible for minor repairs as changing bulbes, pens, etc. and consecuences of misuse or even normal daily use.
The Foundation will be responsible for damages inside the the walls or consecuences of longtime use.
Please do not have any guests except with the written permission of the school's responsible upon your written request in e-mail that contains name, relation, e-mail of guest, and planned period of visit.Coordinate responsabilities by regular meetings with habitants, and write reports to all habitants and copy budapest@dance.org.hu as well, when necessary but minimum once a month.

Leaving the dorm
You decide to stay until the 21st December only?
Before you pay for the month of December before the 8th of November
you report this fact in an e-mail to the school.
Pay before the 8th of November only 20 *5 € = 100 €
Give your room back clean and everything in perfect state on the 21st and get you deposit back.
If anything is not clear send a letter and ask.
