How does the body tell the truth, and how can it define what is hidden behind memory? To help answer these questions, Tijen Lawton, enters into a process of creativity and discovery alongside&nbsp;&nbsp;Ivona Medic,&nbsp;Jerneja Fekonja, Karolina Gaja Rupnic Caruso, Alja Branc, Till Jenewein, Lara Frgacic, Ariana Prpic, Tea Marsanic and &nbsp; Anika Cetina&nbsp; in their enigmatic dance performance, RE-R&ouml;geszme, bringing an intriguing angle to the concepts of presence and memory, acknowledging the fact that &ldquo;expressing the words we have for existence and memory are not enough to encompass their meaning,&rdquo; by examining &ldquo;the body, what we&rsquo;ve left behind, and what has escaped our sight.&rdquo; Researching efforts to hone in on the ineffable, using the body as a kind of archive in the process.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>A performance that takes inspiration from &ldquo;the emergence of the hidden in the body&rdquo; and &ldquo;the contradiction between what is said and what is meant.<\/em>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<em>My body lives a life of its own, yet there are moments when the walls of the mind grow thin, when nothing is unabsorbed, we go on filled with lingering sensations, breasting the world with half finished&nbsp;phrases, these are the things that for ever interrupt the process upon which I am eternally engaged of finding some perfect phrase that fits this very moment exactly.&nbsp;I will sit still for a moment before I emerge into that chaos, that tumult, I will not anticipate what is to come, the huge uproar is in my ears, it sounds and resounds like the surge of&nbsp;the sea.
