Contemporary Dance Summer Intensive in Creative Garden Budapest/Pilisszentkereszt – 30th July to 12th August 2017
Contemporary Dance Summer Intensive Workshop is designed for devoted dancers with previous contemporary dance practice. A simple pevious selection will be upon personal meeting or video/net conference. 10-16 selected dancers will dance – train and create – together through 2 intensive weeks.
Innovative artistic, creative, technical and pedagogical methods were developed in the last decades at Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy in a professional training environment. Our goal is to open a door for those who wish to have an insight on that, young or experienced dancers, teachers who want to develop themselves, who want to refresh their knowledge, forget routine, forget and find themselves again and get ready to continue. Cooperation will happen together, in small groups and individually.

Trainings and rehearsals are in the 10*15 m dance tent or open air.
Accomodation for the first 12 participants will be in houses in one or two bed rooms, and in individual tents for the last 4 applicants.
Food – 3 times a day healthy menu – please specify your individual needs if any.
Water – from the spring.
WiFi will be available however limited to selected hours of the day.

The whole program will cost 600 € including training, programs, excursions, individual and group work, coaching and consultations, accomodation, food. No part time participation.
250 € non refundable deposit will be paid in one week after the acceptance letter, as a condition of the enrollment.
350 € will be paid until the 14th July as a condition of the enrollment.

A last minute final audition to BCDA will be organized after summer intensive the 14th-15th August for 18+ applicants.
Please note also: the Summer Creative Week will be obligatory for all enrolled BCDA students between 21st – 28th August 2017 and schoolyear will start on Monday the 4th of September 2017.
