Teaching
The core of the training is floorwork for the sake of becoming comfortable and secured while using the body in relation to gravity and the ground. While practicing the fixed movement sequences, we investigate different qualities and dynamics. During experimenting with the often imaginery-based improvisational tasks, we discover the inner potentials of our bodies and generate receptive space for the new information.
